Периодически стала возникать ошибка с mysql

Всех приветствую!

Стала периодически возникать следующая ошибка. Вот, что отображается в браузере при её возникновении:

При этом пользователя с наименованием yuristy значок почты localhost в настройках сайта не существует. Почему может возникать подобная ошибка?! На хостинге говорят, что это ошибка скрипта форума, а на сервере ошибки нет.

В связи с чем возникает подобная ошибка не понятно. Сама возникает и сама также устраняется.
